In the first purchase, IOV picked up 4780 Vasquez Blvd. from Wabash National Trailer Company. The asking price was $6.95 million. The 50,542-square-foot vacant trailer shop and parts warehouse sits on a 10.51-acre improved land site located within the Denver city limits. Its 9-acre storage yard, ideally suited for storage of heavy equipment or bulk material users, is a key differentiator as is its convenient location. 4780 Vasquez Blvd. is visible from Interstate 70 and provides immediate access to the Interstate via full four-way interchange at Vasquez Blvd.
