Commerce City, CO (September 9, 2021) – Industrial Outdoor Ventures hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on August 17, 2021 to commemorate the start of a new development project in Commerce City, CO.
The architectural rendering reveals what the 52,500 SF Class A maintenance & repair facility will look like once the development project is complete. The entire project is expected to be finished by Q1 2022.
The property is zoned I-3, heavy industrial, and sits on 11.88 acres. The building sets up perfectly for a single or multi-tenant operation with the potential for two office pods totaling 4,200 SF and two curb cuts out to 93rd Place. The shop area will be equipped with sealed concrete floors, trench drains, 2 wash bays and 18 drive through service bays. Sitework improvements include a fully fenced and secured yard for parking and storage. The entire property will be fully landscaped and equipped with LED lighting.
