ROSEMONT (May 16, 2025)—Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV), a leading national investor and operator of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facilities, has completed its sixth acquisition in the Phoenix market with the purchase of 2816 N 27th Ave (“27th”), a 2.65-acre site featuring a ±9,870-square-foot equipment maintenance facility. The acquisition brings IOV’s Phoenix footprint to over 263,000 square feet and 61 acres.
27th is strategically located in Phoenix’s Northwest Valley submarket, less than a mile from the I-10/I-17 interchange, three miles from downtown, and six miles from Sky Harbor International Airport—offering direct access to critical logistics infrastructure.
The low-coverage equipment maintenance facility, built in 2009, features 18’ clear height, drive-through bays, a mechanic’s pit, and a dedicated wash bay—delivering purpose-built functionality for heavy equipment servicing, fleet and truck maintenance, and outdoor storage of building materials.
